All you need to do is email over the names and contact details of the clients and we will get in touch with them.
We will also want to know whether they have consented to the referral being made.
If you are not sure whether a case is suitable you can ring the office on 020 7383 0733 and talk it through with one of our caseworkers.
Once the referral has been received we will get in touch with the clients and implement the process.
We will keep you informed of progress, letting you know when the pre-mediation meetings and the mediation meeting have been arranged.
We will also let you know if we have been unable to set up a meeting or meetings.
