Camden Mediation, operating as dialogue, is governed by a board of up to five trustees. The board sets our priorities, decides policy and ensures we are effective and accountable. The trustees give their time voluntarily and are not remunerated.
The Board meets seven times a year to develop our plans, ensure we are financially sound, and scrutinise our performance. Feedback from service users helps shape our policy, services and strategy.
The Board completed a review of Governance in 2010, resulting in the adoption of a new constitution, ensuring that our structure is fit for purpose in the twenty first century.
Trustees bring a wide range of vital skills we need to ensure we operate effectively. Coming from a wide variety of backgrounds, they all share a commitment to the principles of mediation and to the voluntary and community sector.
We advertise for new Trustees to fill vacancies as they arise. Please click here for details of current vacancies.
